Here, SMA Plus students automatically become students at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study was to determine the management process of Islamic education students in an effort to improve the discipline of SMA Plus students as students at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Ciamis. The research method used is the descriptive analysis method, an effort to describe all the processes carried out as understanding, learning and also in-depth studies to be implemented in other educational institutions. The results of the study show that the student management process at SMA Plus is certainly different from the student management process at public schools, although there are similarities, it will not be too similar and have its own characteristics. Management can be interpreted as management or regulation. In the scope of education, management is a measure of success in carrying out the educational process so that the expected goals can be carried out properly. Students are an important element in an educational institution, especially Islamic boarding schools because students have a big role as objects in the implementation of education. Therefore, an educational institution needs to think about how to manage students well, especially in Islamic educational institutions.
