The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve organizations and develop their activities in a competitive environment by introducing the contemporary innovative technologies and reducing the staff resistance to these transformations. The article topic is disclosed by the example of organization of the Sverdlovsk Directorate of Passenger Arrangements of JSC Russian Railways.
