Abstract

In order to extract feature of hydraulic pump more effectively, a approach based on HFHA-EMD and Two Correlation Criteria is proposed. Firstly, high frequency harmonic is added to hydraulic pump's vibration signals, which would be decomposed by EMD, and a group of IMFs are obtained. Secondly, every IMF's Correlation with high frequency harmonic and original vibration signal is calculated, and some of them which is up to standard is selected to reform vibration signal. Finally, we can find hydraulic pump's characteristic frequency in the reforemed vibration signal's spectrum figure. At the same time, the proposed approach is verified.
