In the effort to strategize knowledge retention, this paper presents a review on relevant knowledge retention frameworks in the search of a relevant, applicable and complete knowledge retention framework that can be applied in knowledge intensive organization. In the review, the technology, people and process (TPP) framework was used to analyze the knowledge retention frameworks. Abstract
Knowledge loss is a growing area of interest as it is a crucial phenomenon in organizations such as the knowledge intensive organization.
