Abstract
The fundamental problem of the emergency repair and construction is to evaluate the efficiency of the support plan of emergency supply for earthquake repair. This paper constructs reasonable evaluation model of each support plans' input and output based on DEA and gets the relative efficiency of each support plans to choose the rational plan.
