This research aims to find out the innovative work behavior of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi, Malang Regency through the assumption of organizational justice and transformational leadership style applied. Quantitative methods are used to collect data through online questionnaires. Abstract

Entering the competitive world as it is today, teachers are required to always create new innovations that will appear in a healthy organizational environment. This research aims to find out the innovative work behavior of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi, Malang Regency through the assumption of organizational justice and transformational leadership style applied.
