Then tolerant hierarchical sequence method is used to solve the model. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the model are verified by numerical analysis of cases. Abstract

At present, the outpatient doctor's shift arrangement is manual, which is inefficient, subjective and inequitable, and does not consider the continuity of the patient's diagnosis process. 基于多目标规划的门诊医生调度模型及求解
目前门诊医生的排班方式是人工排班,效率低、主观、不公平,没有考虑到患者诊断过程的连续性。为了提高门诊医生调度效率,维护医院、门诊医生和患者的利益,以门诊医生工资成本最小、门诊医生工作满意度最大化、患者诊断过程连续性最大化为目标,构建了门诊医生调度的多目标规划数学模型。然后采用容忍层次序列法对模型进行求解。最后,通过算例的数值分析验证了模型的合理性和有效性。此外,通过目标容差系数的变化,可以得出门诊医生轮班成本的增加可以优化患者诊断过程的连续性,但对门诊医生满意度的影响先减小后增大。
