Abstract

As a design characteristic of weapon equipment, the testability of equipment has the same important position as reliability, maintainability, safety and supportability, and is an important component of the quality characteristics of weapon equipment. At present, the accuracy of evaluation results is affected due to insufficient testability samples in the flight test stage. Therefore, this paper proposes to use the data fusion method to comprehensively process and analyze the internal and external field data, The level of testability of avionics equipment is given, which has certain significance for guiding the subsequent development of testability indicators.
