Abstract

The development of the musical culture of the individual remains one of the most important actual problems at the modern stage of the development of pedagogy. Ways to develop the musical culture of modern schoolchildren engaged in institutions of additional education in the class of folk instruments were identified in the course of work, based on the analysis of scientific research in the field of musical culture.
