Abstract
This study reveals recent constitutional developments in Ukraine, notably in the
constitutional jurisdiction, emphasizing the strengthening of the Constitutional
Court’s role, as a key institution that aims at protecting and developing the
principles and values of constitutionalism and, thereby, the rule of law.
