This research method is a quantitative method with a causal approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested using data quality tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PG. Sugar factory Pesantren Baru Kediri is a company engaged in the sugar industry engaged in sugar cane milling (sugar manufacture) which is the locomotive of the regional and national economy. 工作环境和工作压力对ketren的蔗糖工厂员工的满意度的影响
Pesantren Baru Kediri糖厂是一家从事糖业的公司,从事甘蔗碾磨(制糖),是区域和国家经济的火车头。本研究旨在确定PG Pesantren Baru Kediri的工作环境和工作压力对员工工作满意度的影响。本研究方法是一种带有因果关系的定量方法。使用问卷收集数据的技术,这些问卷已经过数据质量检验、经典假设检验和多元线性回归分析的检验。本研究的人群均为PG.
