Abstract

In order to conduct a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the construction organization plan of the current expressway reconstruction and expansion operation area, an evaluation index system based on project implementation factors, traffic operation factors, economic benefit factors and environmental impact factors is proposed, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to calculate the weight of each index, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct the construction organization plan evaluation model, The construction organization of ground layer in the reconstruction and expansion project of Jihe Expressway is analyzed as an example. 基于模糊综合模型的高速公路改扩建施工组织方案评价研究
为了对现有高速公路改扩建经营区建设组织方案进行全面、系统的评价,提出了基于项目实施因素、交通运营因素、经济效益因素和环境影响因素的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(ahp)计算各指标的权重;采用模糊综合评判法构建施工组织方案评价模型,并以济河高速公路改扩建工程中地面层施工组织为例进行了分析。研究表明,所得结果可用于评价高速公路改扩建施工组织方案,具有科学适用性,为改扩建经营区施工组织方案的综合评价提供了一种新的思路。
