The oil and gas industry needs highly qualified personnel and with extensive work experience, in order to form such a team, an employer needs to think about a toolkit for managing processes related to the human factor so that a new employee would join the work process as soon as possible. One such system is the procedure for the adaptation of employees in the organization.
