Test Validity Information Data School on Websites Service Education Province Sumatera South

Abstract

In order to introduce schools to the community, the existence of schools is very important. School data is the identity of the school which contains a brief history of the school and its progress so far through the school profile. Making school data will be one of the school's strategies to reach and attract new students every year. Where information can be accessed online and open within certain limits by the public by utilizing information and communication technology. The website of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office in terms of presenting information and news is not updated which displays the main titles or headlines in 2015, 2016 and 2019. This study uses the Alessi and Trollip development model which includes three important stages, namely planning , design (design), and development (development). This research succeeded in knowing the validity of school data information on the website of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the research and discussion have been carried out that have been tested for validity after being tested through 2 aspects, namely aspects of media assessment and material assessment that the website product development and information system developed by the South Sumatra Province Education Office are very valid
