Experimental research shows that from 2020 to 2026, the supply and demand of senior seafarers in my country's coastal areas are on the rise, but the supply is in short supply. Abstract

基于组合预测的沿海地区高级船员供需研究
面对航运市场船员劳动力的短缺和航运公司的崛起,有必要对我国的供需情况进行分析,以确保中国船员能够朝着供需动态平衡的方向发展。资深船员提出了有效的人力资源配置方案,以完善航运人才培养方案。根据我国沿海航区3000总吨及以上船舶的在职船员人数和各岗位高级船员持有的有效证书数量,实际在职船员人数将用于需求。以持有有效证书的船员人数为供给,建立基于二次指数平滑法、回归预测法和GM(1,1)灰色预测法的线性加权组合预测模型,对2020-2026年高级船员人数进行预测。实验研究表明,2020 - 2026年,我国沿海地区高级船员供需呈上升趋势,但供给处于短缺状态。针对供需发展不平衡的问题,要加强校企合作,提高海员的吸引力,重视海员的职业发展规划。
