Based on it, through building large-scale aviation transport mission scenarios quickly, setting up aviation emergency power capacity model, making rules of the transport simulation, evaluating the comprehensive effectiveness, a simulation evaluation system based on multi-agent is completed. This system is applied for the simulations of aviation emergency rescue deployment and dispatching for large-scale aviation transport missions, and evaluating the different deployment schemes by the effectiveness of mission execution. Abstract
