Therefore, there may exist the phenomenon of queuing in the interactive process. It is composed of two basic aspects: on the one hand, the disabled users need to get service; on the other hand, the volunteers tried to give users service that they need. In this paper, the improved model is proposed by combining with the actual situation. The queuing system will be applied in the aid service system and shown below. Abstract
