KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DAN KREATIVITAS MENGAJAR GURU, DAMPAKNYA PADA PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA SMK NEGERI BIDANG KEAHLIAN BISNIS DAN MANAJEMEN DI KOTA BANDUNG

Abstract

Thes journal discusses the professional competence and teaching creativity of teachers which are variables felt to have an effect on students' entrepreneurial competence. Based on identification and analysis through multiple regression, data were obtained from the results of a survey in the form of a questionnaire on 92 class XII students at State Vocational Schools in the field of business and management expertise in Bandung City. The results show that the teacher's teaching creativity has a positive effect on entrepreneurial competence partially and simultaneously, while the professional competence of teachers has no influence on the entrepreneurial competence of students, the conclusions of this journal will provide a linkage to teachers and students in the teaching and learning process of the classroom, and is also useful as a observation so that teachers further develop professional competence and teacher teaching creativity that has the potential to affect the entrepreneurial competence of students to be more optimal.ABSTRAKJurnal ini membahas mengenai kompetensi profesional dan kreativitas mengajar guru yang menjadi variabel dirasa berdampak pada kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa. Berdasarkan indentifikasi dan analisis melalui regresi ganda, data diperoleh dari hasil survey berupa angket pada 92 siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri bidang keahlian bisnis dan manajemen di Kota Bandung. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kreativitas mengajar guru berdampak positif pada kompetensi kewirausahaan secara parsial dan secara simultan, sedangkan kompetensi professional guru tidak memiliki  pada kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa, kesimpulan dari jurnal ini akan memberikan keterkaitan pada guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas, dan juga berguna sebagai peninjauan agar guru lebih mengembangkan kompetensi profesional dan kreativitas mengajar guru yang berpotensi  berpengaruh  pada kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa agar lebih optimal.
