Transformational leadership has a significant effect on work discipline in the acquisition of a coefficient value of 24.5%, 4). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on work discipline with the acquisition of a coefficient of 45.3%, 5). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the acquisition of a coefficient of 64.5%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influencing factors of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of this research is the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the Bina Marga Sector of Banten Province using a sample of 115 respondents. 变革领导和组织作为变量的工作纪律对员工绩效的影响(公共就业服务研究和班腾省空间分配)
本研究旨在以工作纪律为中介变量,考察和分析变革型领导和组织承诺对员工绩效的影响因素。本研究采用描述性定量方法和因果分析方法。本研究的对象是万丹省比纳玛加地区的公共工程和空间规划部门,使用了115名受访者的样本。问卷的回答采用1 - 10的间隔量表进行测量。使用SmartPLS 3.29版软件对数据进行分析。这项研究的结果表明:1)变革型领导对员工绩效有显著影响,获得系数为11.7%;2)组织承诺对员工绩效有显著影响,获得系数为22.5%;3)变革型领导对工作纪律有显著影响,获得系数为24.5%;4)组织承诺对工作纪律有显著影响,获得系数为45.3%;5)工作纪律对员工绩效有显著影响,获得系数为64.5%。工作纪律在变革型领导和组织承诺对员工绩效之间具有部分中介作用。
