This paper presents a holistic governance framework for e-business success by integrating IT governance framework with critical success factors (CSFs) of e-business. Abstract
E-business has made organizations even more reliant on the application of IT. The dependence on new technologies, have increased exposure of businesses to technology-originated threats and have created new requirements for governance. Previous IT governance frameworks, such as those provided by ISO and the IT Governance Institute, Standards Australia, have not given the connection between IT governance and e-business sufficient attention.
