The initiative involves delivery of government services to citizens & businesses of all strata in a universal and non-discriminatory manner. The core design of MeeSeva was based on the objectives of improved efficiency, transparency and accountability for the government resulting in significantly improved service delivery to citizens. MeeSeva is an interface between government departments and citizens acting as the nodal agency (Electronic Service Delivery) as well as the platform for delivery of G2C services. MeeSeva has redefined the way Government services are delivered to citizens by bringing about 600+ services of 38 departments on a single platform.
