Abstract

The system of relations of basic characteristics of laser irradiation field scattered by location object surface was determined. For estimation of parameters of object surface and reconstruction the registration conditions of characteristics of laser irradiation field were established. The requirements to complex of models describing characteristics of the laser irradiation field of the object surface were made.
