The authors identified a complex of moral and ethical qualities of the personality of a teacher-educator of a preschool educational organization (love for children, pedagogical duty, ideological conviction, responsibility, etc.), expressing his deontological culture, gave them a brief definition and justification. Abstract
The article discusses issues related to both the need to activate the process of the formation of deontological culture among teachers-educators of a preschool educational organization, and the essential content of the concept of “deontological culture”.
