The second result in this study shows that the Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction with Intention to Quit is negative and significant. Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors can reduce the level of intention to quit on generation Y banking employees by increasing variables perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, through organizational commitment. 本研究旨在通过组织承诺,通过增加感知组织支持、工作满意度等变量,分析哪些因素能够降低银行Y代员工的离职意向水平。从已有的研究问题出发,说明如何降低三宝垄市银行业Y世代员工的离职意向水平。本研究样本数量为130人,但愿意填写问卷的人数为120人。样品的确定采用非概率抽样方法。本研究的样本是三宝垄市银行部门的Y世代员工。本研究使用的分析工具是结构方程模型(SEM)。本研究结果表明,感知组织支持、工作满意度对组织承诺的影响是正向的、显著的。本研究的第二项结果显示,组织支持感、工作满意度与离职倾向呈显著负向关系。本研究的第三个结果表明,组织承诺对离职意向具有显著的负向影响。
