One important factor is giving feedback or review in the production process. The aim is to keep the production process running well and smoothly to produce a number of targeted items to meet market needs. Evidence-based performance management relies on feedback that relies on facts rather than opinions. Giving the type of feedback must be tailored to the needs of employees. Employee needs are related to the level of psychosocial development of employees.The other feedback function that is most often used is a tool to motivate. this study, researchers used a type of descriptive qualitative research. The data sources used in this study are 2 types, namely: Primary data, and Secondary data. This study used purposive sampling technique, and the data analysis technique used in this study was the interactive model.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Sources of information in this study are Vice Principals of Facilities and Infrastructure, Business Center Management, entrepreneurship Teachers, and students involved in Business Center. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity is done by triangulation of data. The data were analyzed qualitatively by using interactive models from Miles and Huberman with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results show that Potential Business Center is a training place as a means to grow entrepreneurial character with practice directly in it. Management of Business Center in developing entrepreneurial character by using management function that includes planning, implementation and evaluation so that activities can be well directed to achieve the goal that is in growing entrepreneur character in students based on 6 (six) indicators are: 1) Confidence, 2) on duties and outcomes, 3) risk takers 4) Leadership, 5)Originality 6) oriented to the future

PENGARUH PROMOSI JABATAN, KOMPENSASI DAN STRESS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. TEMA (TRIJAYA EXCEL MADURA) MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA 晋升、薪酬和工作压力对提玛(TRIJAYA EXCEL MADURA)员工工作满意度的影响

Technological developments make a doer of economy to think continuously in order to survive, and the humans must work hard to be the best. This condition makes the employees in a developing and depressed position; of course, the company takes a role of it. This is intended to produce the maximum performance and employee satisfaction in working. Based on the situation, the writer conduct this study entitled “The effect of job promotion, compensation, and work stress on employees of PT. TEMA (Trijaya Excel Madura) through job satisfaction” with the aim of analyzing the effect of the three independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y) through variable intervening (Z), both by direct and indirect. The total samples in this study were 200 persons as the informants analyzed using PLS analysis. The results of this study stated that all independent variables have a significance effect on the job satisfaction; on top of that, it is an intervening variable for all the independent variables in this study. For the work stress variable, this does not have a significance effect on the employee performance; meanwhile, for the job promotion and compensation variables, those have a significance effect on the employee performance. The dominant variable of this study is the job promotion variable.
技术的发展使经济的实干家为了生存而不断地思考,人类必须努力做到最好。这种状况使员工处于发展和压抑的状态;当然,公司在其中扮演了一个角色。这是为了在工作中产生最大的绩效和员工满意度。基于这种情况,笔者进行了题为“工作晋升、薪酬和工作压力通过工作满意度对PT. ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA KOSMETIK BERLABEL HALAL

This research aims at (1) To analyze the significant influence between perceptions of halal labels, and price perceptions of Wardah's cosmetics purchasing decisions on Wardah counter consumers in the ADA Semarang supermarket. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population used is all consumers of the Wardah Swalayan ADA Semarang counter, with a total sample of 100 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis using the SPSS version 22. Results of the regression analysis in this study are Halal labels have a positive significant effect on purchasing decisions and Price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
本研究旨在(1)分析ADA三宝垄超市华达专柜消费者对清真标签认知与华达化妆品购买决策价格认知之间的显著影响。本研究采用描述性定量方法。使用的人口是瓦尔达·斯瓦拉扬ADA三宝垄柜台的所有消费者,采用有目的抽样技术共抽样100名受访者。分析使用的数据是回归分析使用SPSS版本22。本研究的回归分析结果显示,清真标签对购买决策有正向显著影响,价格感知对购买决策有正向显著影响。

This study aims to analyze what factors can reduce the level of intention to quit on generation Y banking employees by increasing variables perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, through organizational commitment. From the existing research problems explain how to reduce the level of intention to quit for Generation Y employees in the banking sector in the city of Semarang.The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents but those who were willing to fill out questionnaires were 120 respondents. The sample determination was determined by the Non Probability Sampling method. The sample in this study is generation Y employees in the banking sector in Semarang City. The analysis tool used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results in this study indicate that the influence of the variable Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment is positive and significant. The second result in this study shows that the Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction with Intention to Quit is negative and significant. The third result in this study shows that the Organizational Commitment to Intention to Quit is negative and significant..

This study aims to examine the effect of current ratio variables and institutional ownership on dividend payout ratio and the role of debt to equity ratio in mediating these effects. Sampling uses purposive sampling. Data is taken from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The feasibility test of the model is done using multicollinearity test, test the coefficient of determination and significance test. The analysis method uses path analysis and single test. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio has a significant negative effect on the debt to equity ratio, the debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on the dividend payout ratio and the debt to equity ratio is able to mediate the effect of the current ratio on the dividend payout ratio. Keywords: current ratio, institutional ownership, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio

Sumber daya manusia tentunya lebih berharga daripada aset-aset perusahaan yang lain. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi seperti karyawan bagian produksi seperti sering melakukan kesalahan dalam memasukkan data, diperlukan tempat yang kurang nyaman bagi karyawan sewaktu bekerja, kurang luasnya ruang atau gudang pada bagian produksi, serta ventilasi ruangan yang kurang berjalan dengan baik. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan  kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari Uji Parsial (Uji t), variabel pelatihan kerja diperoleh thitung = 2,886 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,006 < 0,05 maka dari itu variabel pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari Uji Parsial (Uji t), variabel lingkungan kerja diperoleh thitung = 2,235 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,030 < 0,05 maka dari itu variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari Uji Berganda (Uji F), diperoleh nilai Ftabel denga df (55-2-1 = 52) dengan taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 3,180. Dan menyatakan bahwa variabel independen yakni pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara berganda  atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan PT. Indomaju Textindo.

Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi seperti karyawan bagian produksi seperti sering melakukan kesalahan dalam memasukkan data, diperlukan tempat yang kurang nyaman bagi karyawan sewaktu bekerja, kurang luasnya ruang atau gudang pada bagian produksi, serta ventilasi ruangan yang kurang berjalan dengan baik. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan  kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari Uji Parsial (Uji t), variabel pelatihan kerja diperoleh thitung = 2,886 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,006 < 0,05 maka dari itu variabel pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari Uji Parsial (Uji t), variabel lingkungan kerja diperoleh thitung = 2,235 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,030 < 0,05 maka dari itu variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari Uji Berganda (Uji F), diperoleh nilai Ftabel denga df (55-2-1 = 52) dengan taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 3,180. Dan menyatakan bahwa variabel independen yakni pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara berganda  atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan PT. Globalisasi dalam bidang ekonomi memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap perusahaan untuk masuk ke lingkungan bisnis yang lebih luas dalam menghadapi MEA. Berlakunya MEA membuat perusahaan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk merebut peluang pasar dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif. Perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate dipilih sebagai objek penelitian alasannya karena pada tahun 2016 bisnis sektor properti mengalami kebangkitan. Perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate merupakan penunjang pertumbuhan pada sektor riil yang juga menjadi salah satu indikator bangkitnya kondisi makro ekonomi Indonesia yang termasuk negara berkembang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan objek penelitian pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 3 tahun 2014 – 2016. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 perusahaan sedangkan sampelnya ada 19 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, kemudian variabel ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel keputusan investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
经济全球化为每一家公司提供了机会,使他们能够在环境环境中更广泛地开展业务。经营“愿景”使印尼的公司面临挑战,在日益竞争的商业环境中抓住市场机会。房地产公司和房地产公司之所以被选为研究对象,是因为2016年房地产行业经历了复苏。房地产公司是现实行业的增长支柱,这也是印尼新兴经济体宏观经济状况上升的标志之一。本研究旨在探讨公司增长、公司规模和投资决策对该公司的价值的影响,该公司对上市于印尼证券交易所(Indonesia stock property)的研究对象的研究对象。本研究的人口约为40家,样本为19家采用采样方法的公司。研究结果表明,公司增长变量影响企业价值,而公司规模变量影响企业价值,而投资决策变量影响企业价值。

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan internal locus of control sebagai variabel moderasi. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah FKTP BPJS Kesehatan di Kabupaten Kudus. Dengan menggunakan populasi sebanya 116 FKTP di Kabupaten Kudus menggunakan sampel populasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, motivasi, dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, dan internal locus of control terbukti mampu memperkuat hubungan antara komitmen organisasi, motivasi, dan kompensasi dengan kinerja manajerial pada FKTP BPJS Kesehatan di Kabupaten Kudus.
本研究旨在测试作为温变量的组织承诺、动机和补偿作用对内部管理绩效的影响。本研究的对象是圣地区的FKTP BPJS。通过使用圣区116 FKTP的样本。使用结构平衡模型(SEM)进行的分析技术。本研究的结果表明,组织承诺、动机和补偿对管理表现有积极的影响,以及控制的内部损失有助于加强组织承诺、动机和保健区FKTP BPJS的管理表现之间的关系。

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif.Responden penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Rembang dengan sampel sebanyak 162 pegawai.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen yang ber-bentuk angket.Uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM analisis.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja ber-pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.Kompensasi secara langsung tidak ber-pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
本研究的目的是分析工作补偿和动机对员工绩效的影响,以及他们作为变量的工作满意度。使用的研究方法是定量方法。被调查的受访者是雷邦地区公共工程处的一名员工,他们的样本是162名员工。数据收集技术采用了尖端的工具。使用SEM分析进行统计和数据处理。研究结果表明,工作补偿和动机对员工的工作满意度有影响。薪酬对员工绩效没有直接影响。工作动机和满意度对员工的工作表现有显著影响。工作满意度间接影响员工的工作表现。
