Optimization of the management system of real estate objects on the basis of formation and correction of the information resource data of the USRE

Abstract

На сегодняшний момент в сфере земельноимущественных отношений накопился ряд проблем в части регулирования отдельных сегментов рынка недвижимости, решение которых невозможно без формирования достоверной информации об объектах недвижимости, фиксируемых в Едином государственном реестре недвижимости (ЕГРН). Данное обстоятельство обуславливает потребность в организации и предоставлении услуг по проведению кадастровых работ, которые позволят оптимизировать работу учетно-регистрационной системы и решить ряд социально значимых задач в системе управления объектами недвижимости. At the moment, in the sphere of land and property relations, a number of problems have accumulated in terms of certain segments regulations of the real estate market, the solution of which is impossible without the formation of reliable information about real estate objects recorded in the Unified state register of real estate (USRE). This circumstance causes the need for the organization and provision of services for cadastral works, which will optimize the work of the accounting and registration system and solve a number of socially important tasks in the management system of real estate.
