Abstract

Researches of open porosity and structure of the electroarc metallization coatings received from powder wire with the modifying additives in the form of the complex concentrator of Tomtorsky field rare-earth elements are conducted. It is established that open porosity depend on features of formation of layers which the sizes of refractory components of powder charge of wire significantly affect. It is shown that the porosity of layer on smooth substrate is close to zero, with removal from substrate the average porosity of coating layers increases.
