The objective of this scientific article is to analyze the research concerning public policies regarding the public problem of violence against women in times of pandemic, information has been compiled in the databases of Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc and Dialnet in the last 5 years. The information that comes from the review of the scientific literature of 53 references is presented as a sample. One of the results was determined that gender / violence against women and family and public policies on justice and violence against women are extremely relevant to face this problem. Abstract
