This study was conducted on employees of B Today Kota Bengkulu, the population used in this study was all employees of B Today Kota Bengkulu, the number of samples used was 33 respondents, using the Total Sampling technique. The data that has been collected is processed using the Classical Assumption Test Technique, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), and partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test). From the results of this study, it shows that partially the Human Resource Development variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance variables. Abstract
