Coronary atherogenic heart disease is one of the most leading causes of human death and represents the greatest threat to public health. At present, the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease are often limited to obstructive coronary disease (stenosis > 50%), chest pain shown by non-obstructive coronary disease, which was considered to be unrelated to the heart, are benign, and have not attracted public attention.
