Abstract

This article will deal with the role of the State and the family in guaranteeing children and adolescents the absolute priority and best interests of this public, since the 1988 Federal Constitution provides for such rights. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze how each institution, State and family, impact the life of minors in training.
