The antioxidant activity increased with the increasing concentration of chestnut honey samples. The major phenolic compounds in chestnut honey were observed to be gallic, pcoumaric, and ferulic acid. 韩国不同地区板栗蜂蜜酚酸含量及抗氧化活性分析
