It seeks to find out the need to the English four skills in the specific areas of hotel reception desk, IT and maids departments. Since empirical data were needed for the purpose of the study, two main types of research: were conducted quantitative and qualitative. Hence, structured interviews were conducted and Likert scale questionnaires were distributed to a sample group of thirty six respondents. Abstract
