The analyses involved statistical methods such reliability and validity tests and multiple regression. The results indicated that training management has significant impact on job performance. Abstract

Training program substantially offer a positive return on business investment for the organization and employees. The objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between training management and job performance. The target of respondent of this paper is employees who are currently working on construction sector in Oman. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and correlation between independent and dependent variables.
