Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data processing techniques with a regression system with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) . The results of this study concluded that service quality has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction at Monte Self-Service Stores in Palopo City. Abstract

本研究旨在分析帕洛坡市自助式咖啡馆沙龙店服务品质与价格对顾客满意的影响(自助式个案研究)。抽样方法采用附带抽样(accidental Sampling)。本研究的样本数量为33名来自未知人群的受访者。数据收集技术使用观察,问卷调查和文件。利用SPSS软件(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences,社会科学统计软件包)对数据进行回归处理,使用的数据分析技术有效度检验、信度检验、多元线性回归检验、决定系数检验、t检验(偏)和F检验(同时)。本研究的结果显示,服务品质对帕洛波市蒙特自助商店的顾客满意度有显著的正向影响。价格对消费者满意度有影响,服务质量越好,提供的价格越高,消费者满意度越高,对Palopo市monte超市消费者满意度的影响越正向显著。
