PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT BPR TANAOBA LAIS MANEKAT 转型领导风格和就业动机对PT BPR TANAOBA LAIS MANEKAT员工绩效的影响

This study is quantitative research that aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership variables and motivation on employee performance variables. The sample used was 100 employees of PT BPR Tanaoba Lais Manekat with a questionnaire instrument. Instrument quality testing is carried out through validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that, H₁ is accepted which means transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. H₂ is accepted which means motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. H₃ is accepted which means transformational leadership and motivation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study, only examined the variables of transformational leadership and motivation, so there are other variables that affect employee performance that were not included in this study.
本研究是定量研究,旨在确定变革型领导变量和激励对员工绩效变量的影响。本研究采用问卷调查法,以百名公司员工为研究对象。仪器质量检测通过效度测试和信度测试进行。数据分析方法采用描述性统计、经典假设检验、多元线性回归分析和假设检验。结果表明,H₁被接受,这意味着变革型领导对员工绩效有积极显著的影响。H₂是可以接受的,这意味着激励对业绩有积极而显著的影响。H₃被接受,这意味着变革型领导和激励变量同时对员工绩效有积极而显著的影响。在本研究中,只考察了变革型领导和激励的变量,因此还有其他影响员工绩效的变量没有被纳入本研究。

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA TOKO MONTE SWALAYAN CAFÉ SALON DI KOTA PALOPO 在帕洛波市的蒙特超市咖啡馆,服务质量和价格对消费者满意度的影响

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at monte self-service café salon shops (self-service case study) in Palopo City. Sampling method with incidental sampling (incidental sampling). The number of samples in this study were 33 respondents from an unknown population. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data processing techniques with a regression system with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) . The results of this study concluded that service quality has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction at Monte Self-Service Stores in Palopo City. There is an effect of price on consumer satisfaction, the better the quality of service and the price provided, the more satisfied consumers will feel, the more positive and significant effect this will have on consumer satisfaction at monte supermarkets in the city of Palopo.
本研究旨在分析帕洛坡市自助式咖啡馆沙龙店服务品质与价格对顾客满意的影响(自助式个案研究)。抽样方法采用附带抽样(accidental Sampling)。本研究的样本数量为33名来自未知人群的受访者。数据收集技术使用观察,问卷调查和文件。利用SPSS软件(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences,社会科学统计软件包)对数据进行回归处理,使用的数据分析技术有效度检验、信度检验、多元线性回归检验、决定系数检验、t检验(偏)和F检验(同时)。本研究的结果显示,服务品质对帕洛波市蒙特自助商店的顾客满意度有显著的正向影响。价格对消费者满意度有影响,服务质量越好,提供的价格越高,消费者满意度越高,对Palopo市monte超市消费者满意度的影响越正向显著。

PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA PALOPO 工作纪律对帕洛波市卫生服务人员绩效的影响

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pokok permasalahan yang berkenaan dengan kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas kesehatan kota palopo. Penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diterapkan dengan menggunakan rumus statistik untuk membantu dalam menganalisa data dan fakta yang diperoleh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 150 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang berstatus PNS pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo. Disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja responden, sehingga dapat dijadikan tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
本研究揭示了与员工绩效相关的问题。因此,本研究旨在探讨工作纪律对帕洛波市卫生服务人员绩效的影响。该研究与定量方法相关联,采用统计公式帮助分析数据和事实。这项研究的人口是帕洛波市卫生服务中心150名员工。本研究的样本是在帕洛波市卫生服务部门担任公务员的30名员工,他们使用的是采购部技术。数据收集使用问卷调查。使用简单的线性回归分析分析数据。研究结果表明,工作纪律对帕洛波市卫生服务人员的工作表现有重大影响。工作纪律对答辩者的表现有贡献,因此可以作为衡量员工表现的标准。
