The goal of the study was to identify determinants of self-efficacy of implementing nurses and analyze the most dominant factors for discharge planning implementation. The design used in this study was cross-sectional with a sample number of 187 implementing nurses selected through simple random sampling using questionnaires as instruments. Data is univariate, bivariate with chi square test, and multivariate with binary logistic regression test. The results of bivariate analysis of burnout variables (p value 0.002) and self esteem (p value <0.001) have a significant influence on discharge planning implementation while multivariate analysis results show that burnout and self esteem variables have the most dominant influence in discharge planning implementation. Abstract

Self-efficacy of implementing nurses is a nurse's confidence and ability to carry out discharge planning that aims to improve the quality of health that will affect the sustainability of sustainable care in patients. 实施护士自我效能感是指护士实施出院计划的信心和能力,该计划旨在提高患者的健康质量,从而影响患者可持续护理的可持续性。本研究的目的是确定实施护士自我效能感的决定因素,并分析出院计划实施的最主要因素。本研究采用横断面设计,以问卷为工具,通过简单随机抽样的方式选取187名在职护士。数据为单因素、双因素卡方检验、多因素二元logistic回归检验。双变量分析结果显示,倦怠变量(p值0.002)和自尊变量(p值<0.001)对出院计划实施有显著影响,多变量分析结果显示,倦怠变量和自尊变量对出院计划实施的影响最为显著。期望实施护士在实施出院计划时,通过改善良好的自我功能,提高自我效能感对自身的价值,从而对服务质量产生影响。
