Abstract
The article considers an important aspect of pedagogical activity – pedagogical stimulation. It is noted that pedagogical stimulation is a key element of the educational process and aims to activate the learning and development of students. It is noted that pedagogical stimulation is a process of encouraging, motivating and supporting the activity and educational activities of students with the aim of achieving positive educational results and developing their personality. This process includes the use of various incentives, which can be both external (for example, praise, reward, evaluation) and internal (for example, cognitive interest, satisfaction from the learning process itself). It was found that pedagogical stimulation aims to create such conditions under which students want to learn, show initiative and are actively involved in the educational process. Basic methods of pedagogical stimulation that teachers can use to stimulate students' learning are presented, including praise, rewards, interesting teaching methods, encouragement, positive reinforcement, interesting teaching methods, promoting student independence, etc. and many others. At the same time, it is important to take into account the individual characteristics of each student when using pedagogical incentives, because what motivates one student may not work for another. Pedagogical stimulation is an important component of the learning and upbringing process and contributes to improving the quality of education. The article also focuses on the importance of understanding the peculiarities of pedagogical stimulation in the educational process. It is emphasized that effective pedagogical stimulation involves the analysis and consideration of specific aspects of the stimulus. The need to take into account the emotional aspect of incentives and their impact on students' motivation is indicated. In addition, the importance of the interaction of stimuli with other pedagogical means to achieve the pedagogical goal is emphasized.
