This article presents the results of a statistical analysis (genetic and phenotypic correlations) of the amino acid composition determined by the chromatographic method and the total amount of water-soluble antioxidants (TAWSA) determined by amperometric detection in the blood serum of three-breed pig hybrids. Abstract
In the production of meat products in modern pig-breeding, in order to increase productivity, special attention is paid to interbreeding and hybridization.
