Abstract

Knowledge management models are outlined, which make it possible to effectively manage knowledge in the organization and improve its performance. The elements of the knowledge management system at the enterprise are defined. Methods of assessing employees' knowledge are described. It was established that the concept of knowledge management at the enterprise is a system that helps to effectively manage knowledge in the organization in order to increase its efficiency and obtain a competitive advantage.
