The article is dedicated to digital learning tools application as a means of readapting Ukrainian veterans to social life. The aim of the article is to investigate the importance of digital learning tools as a means of readapting Ukrainian veterans to social life and to provide recommendations for their application in the educational process. References on veterans’ adaptation, applying digital tools in education have been analysed. The results of a survey conducted by the authors among Ukrainian veterans and military personnel within the framework of the UK-Ukraine twinning grants scheme (Project UUT06 "Digitisation as a means of improving accessibility of Higher Education to Ukrainian veterans") have shown that the veterans and military personnel are ready to get a new education, but have rather low level of digital learning tools awareness. The authors note that digital learning tools can be beneficial in the process of the veterans’ readaptation to social life.

Knowledge management models are outlined, which make it possible to effectively manage knowledge in the organization and improve its performance. The elements of the knowledge management system at the enterprise are defined. Methods of assessing employees' knowledge are described. Ukrainian manufacturers should look for opportunities to maintain their productivity and competitiveness even in difficult conditions. Relocating production to another region or abroad may be one of the options for solving problems, but this requires a deep analysis of the risks and opportunities associated with the war and the unstable situation in the country. Managing the relocation of production enterprises has always been a difficult process, and in the conditions of uncertainty of war, this task becomes even more important and urgent. The article examines various aspects of the topic, including the reasons for choosing to relocate, the main countries for relocation, the factors that influence the choice of a relocation location, as well as the benefits and risks of the process. Relocation is considered as a strategic step that can positively affect the development of the enterprise.

This article analyzes the impact of the war on the labor market in Ukraine. It compares the state of the market before the start of the conflict with the current state, looking at structural changes, employment and unemployment rates, and the impact on the incomes of the population. The article also focuses on the specifics of employment and social protection for veterans, internally displaced persons, and minorities. It evaluates government policy and recommends necessary reforms, support for entrepreneurship, and investment in infrastructure development. The final conclusions emphasize the importance of an integrated approach and the cooperation of various parties.

The purpose of the article is to analyze and assess the level of nonperforming loans in the portfolio of the TOP-14 banks that are most actively lending to agriculture. It is substantiated that problem loans of banks should be considered as one of the most important indicators of the state of the economy. The balances of funds on non-performing loans in the total volume of bank loans provided to agriculture in 2023 were analyzed. The main banks – "collectors" of problem loans in agricultural lending have been identified. Banks with the smallest share of problem loans to agriculture are presented. The dynamics of the volume and share of non-performing loans in agriculture in the portfolio of banks included in the study sample is shown. The share of non-performing loans in agriculture in national and foreign currency in the portfolio of non-performing loans of the analyzed banks was determined. It is substantiated that state and most commercial banks prefer lending to agriculture mainly in the national currency. There is an increase in the share of non-performing loans in the whole banking system of Ukraine for the period 2018-2023. On the basis of statistical data, methodological approaches are proposed in the context of the work of banks with bad debts.

The article is devoted to the study of methodological approaches to the formation and development of a systematic analysis of financial statements. A retrospective review of the evolution of the formation of a methodology for consistently economic, financial and financial and economic analysis of the production activities of economic entities was carried out. Relevant characteristics are presented, features in modern methods of application of each type of analysis are determined. Six relatively independent approaches to the formation and development of a systematic financial and economic analysis are considered. The results of the presented analysis create the basis for making rational management decisions as part of the implementation of a controlling tool, through which information and analytical support is carried out for the optimal use of opportunities, an objective assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, avoiding possible bankruptcy.

This article will consider issues of monitoring and assessment of the needs of internally displaced persons from war zones and will look into the bright future by dealing with the prospects of returning displaced persons to their permanent places of residence. Internally displaced persons are currently an important link in the life of Ukraine and need prompt response with help, support, etc. every day. At the moment, forces should be concentrated and we should not forget about such persons who remained far from their native homes, separated from their families and their native territory. Currently, there are problems with the relationship between the state and internally displaced persons, there is work to be done and things to improve.

It is substantiated that in the current conditions of development of the world economy under the influence of globalization, regional security complexes are increasing their influence on the formation of international security. It is proved that in the process of evolution, security complexes have significantly diversified their scope and cover, in addition to military and defense issues, economic, environmental, social, information and other security elements. It is determined that the European and North American security complexes have reached the transcontinental level of institutional security. Modern regional security complexes (RSCs) differ in the degree of integration of security issues at the level of intergovernmental institutions - from relatively complete integration of approaches to resolving security issues (at the EU level) to weak security cooperation. It is determined that the institutional profile of regional security complexes is predominantly mixed, which is determined by the peculiarities of the activities of both universal and specialized interstate institutions. The author emphasizes the unevenness of institutional support for various components of economic security at the level of specialized interstate institutions.
