Objective: To annalise the health professional’s accession that act in Intensive Cares Units (ICU’s) in a private hospital of Grande Vitoria/ES, Brazil, as to the cleaning process of the hands an the time of May, June and July, 2019 and during the beginning of the pandemic of COVID-19 in May, June and July, 2020; Methodology: Describing study, explanatory with documental analysis in which was perform through the search and analysis of the documents of a Private Hospital of Grande Vitoria/ES, Brazil.
