Results: Less than one-third of the study participants had high perception level regarding organizational culture. While more than half of them had a moderate level of organizational culture. Moreover, more than two-fifths of them had a low level of empowerment. Conclusion: There was a highly statically significant positive correlation between staff nurses regarding of organizational culture and their empowerment. Recommendations: Encouraging nurses' participation in goal setting, problem solving, and decision making.
