In recent years, the authors have observed a growth of Smart Cities initiatives in large areas of Northeast Bulgaria. Abstract
In recent years, Bulgarian municipalities have introduced smart development systems. The Bulgarian state is at the top of the world rankings regarding household internet access and connection speed.
