Abstract

In the current context, companies are faced with a challenging scenario, demanding continuous improvement in production processes. The search for efficiency and quality becomes crucial to face market competitiveness. This article aims to analyze and propose the optimization of the process of refinishing defective parts in a sanitary ware company.
