This article aims to analyze and propose the optimization of the process of refinishing defective parts in a sanitary ware company. The methodological approach combines quantitative and qualitative methods, with the Analysis and Problem-Solving Methodology (MASP) being the main tool. Information collection was based on 2022 management reports, offering crucial insights into refinishing activity.
