To do this, universities should create a qualitatively new system for evaluating educational outcomes. At the same time, it is certainly desirable that the new system make maximum use of already well-tested, repeatedly tested and familiar tools and techniques. Testing is one of these tools that meet modern requirements and at the same time are already familiar to users. Of particular note is the value of testing for current and widely used distance learning methods. Abstract

In connection with the transition of higher education to the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education of the third generation in terms of evaluating learning outcomes, a new task has arisen to create such an assessment system that would allow determining the formation of competencies and parts of competencies of students and graduates.
