Thus, this literature review study has a qualitative approach and exploratory objectives. For the selection of literature, the following databases were accessed: Aneel (National Electric Energy Agency), Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal Núcleo do Conhecimento, Google Scholar, and Brasil Escola. After analyzing the literature, it was concluded that the use of photovoltaic source systems (SFV) technology solves the electricity energy saving and popularization of sustainable and economic development. The simulation carried out in the reality of Gurupi by the company SolArq - Architecture and Solar Energy with specific data demonstrates energy efficiency, showing annual savings and return on investment within a specified timeframe.
