The sampling technique uses non- probability sampling, census type/total sampling. The data analysis technique in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research showed that (1) the variables of competency, motivation, and teacher performance simultaneously do not have a significant effect on the variable of student learning effectiveness in Malang National Middle School and High School. (2) The variables of competence, motivation, and teacher performance partially have a significant effect on the variable of student learning effectiveness in Malang National Middle School and High School.
