The cocoa sector in Côte d'Ivoire has around 3,000 cooperatives, whose stated objective is to fight for an improvement in the living conditions of producers by acting for a better marketing price for their produce. Despite their large numbers, these cooperatives struggle to integrate and influence decision-making bodies so that the needs of producers can be taken into account. It is against this backdrop that two non-governmental organisations, INADES [ ], and INKOTA-Netzwerk, launched a collaborative initiative in 2019 involving international civil society organisations, human rights organisations and cooperatives, with a view to helping them build an advocacy framework to have a greater impact on decision-making in the sector through the establishment in 2020, of the "Ivorian platform for sustainable cocoa". And this desire to bring together agricultural cooperatives as well as the Ivorian civil society (south) and their partners (north) so that they can play their full part in the decision-making process within this sector has been the subject of a study. The results, findings, observations and information gathered as part of this research are set out in this article. The data was collected through documentary research and semi-directive interviews with Inades-Formation managers, civil society organisations that are members of the platform, cooperative group managers and trade union structure managers. In terms of results, the pooling of synergies between civil society organisations in the north and south, which began in 2020 under the slogan "Ivorian platform for sustainable cocoa", has led to the development and publication of an advocacy guide. This activity has also helped improve the administrative and economic organisation of cooperative structures. In addition, the information and capacity-building sessions carried out by international civil society organisations have enabled cooperatives to revitalise their influence in the process of political and ......

The business environment in the 21st century has remained very competitive and firms that will survive must be innovative and efficient in their operations. In Kenya, there is one company that has dominated the industry with 66 percent market share and 77.4 percent revenue, while the others are struggling to achieve sustainable performance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational ambidexterity and performance in telecommunication firms in Kenya. The objectives of the study are firstly to investigate the extend to which exploration and exploitation strategies are applied in telecommunication companies in Kenya; to evaluate the performance of the companies; to propose strategic decision making approaches that can be used to achieve better performance in the telecommunication firms in Kenya. It analysed thirty one studies via systematic review and the findings were that there is a positive joint effect of exploration and exploitation when the two capabilities are employed simultaneously. Organizational ambidexterity has a positive influence on organizational performance and the study recommends that the co-existence of exploration and exploitation is paramount to organizational performance.

An optimal capital structure can provide maximum profits for the company. So, it requires company value and reduces the risk of bankruptcy. This paper aims to describe the capital structure and financial performance of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. The method of study and data analysis means this research is included in the descriptive research category, which identifies various variables. The method used is survey research for which secondary data is available. The population used in this research is Sharia Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022, publish financial reports, and are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the 2013-2022 period. The results of the analysis of this research description show that capital market growth has a role in financial performance. This means that the development of the capital market creates wider funding opportunities for Sharia Banks in Indonesia. With more accessible access to the capital market through the issuance of shares or bonds on the capital market, Islamic banks can expand their funding sources to support operational activities and business growth. This can help increase liquidity and financial stability at Sharia Banks in Indonesia to optimize capital market potential. Sharia Banks need to pay attention to and utilize capital market potential effectively. In this case, they can increase collaboration with capital market institutions, carry out a public offering (IPO) program, or use other cap

This research aims to describe the variables of competency, teacher performance motivation, and student learning effectiveness in Malang National Middle and High Schools. To analyze the influence of competency variables and teacher performance motivation simultaneously on student learning effectiveness variables in Malang National Middle and High Schools. To find out and analyze the influence of competency variables, and teacher performance motivation partially on student learning effectiveness variables in Malang National Middle and High Schools. To find out and analyze the influence of competency variables, teacher performance motivation is the dominant variable of student learning effectiveness in Malang National Middle and High Schools. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study was 73 teachers, sourced from 40 teachers from Malang National Middle School and 33 teachers from Malang National High School, so the total population was 73 teachers. The sampling technique uses non- probability sampling, census type/total sampling. The data analysis technique in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research showed that (1) the variables of competency, motivation, and teacher performance simultaneously do not have a significant effect on the variable of student learning effectiveness in Malang National Middle School and High School. (2) The variables of competence, motivation, and teacher performance partially have a significant effect on the variable of student learning effectiveness in Malang National Middle School and High School. Through user satisfaction of the primary education data information system (DAPODIK) in junior high schools in the Manggarai district, this study seeks to characterize the impact of system quality and information quality on net benefits. The sampling technique uses the census method. The population in this study were all operators at junior high schools in Manggarai district, totaling 81 people. Samples were taken using a census so that 81 operators became the object of research. The process of collecting research data uses a questionnaire or questionnaire which is distributed using a Google form sent via WhatsApp with a Lickert scale. The technique used for testing the hypothesis is path analysis and the tool used in data processing is SPSS 26 Software. Based on the path analysis of this study found that there are 4 hypotheses that have a positive and significant influence, that is, the relationship between information quality and net benefits, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction, and the relationship between user satisfaction and net benefits. The system quality on net benefits, information quality on user satisfaction, and information quality on net benefits through user satisfaction were the hypotheses that were disproved in this study.

Monetary policy typically focused on economic performance, price stability, and external balance (Balance of Payments Equilibrium), among other things. The study's goal is to look at how banks contribute to Nigeria's economic performance through lending. The study used an econometric method to examine the impacts of monetary policy on bank lending contributions to economic performance, using Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF), unit root test, and regression analysis as estimation techniques. Broad money supply, monetary policy rate, prime lending rate, and inflation rate were used as monetary policy indicators, whereas real gross domestic product was used as an economic performance metric. The information utilized came from the Nigerian Central Bank's Statistical Bulletin and the National Bureau of Statistics. Statistical evidence from the result regression outcome revealed that banks’ lending, money supply, monetary policy rate have positive contributions to economic performance in Nigeria while inflation rate contributed positively but insignificant to economic performance in Nigeria during the studied period. The result findings further strengthen and accommodate more investment and lucrative projects into the economy which on the long run will provide job creation, reduce unemployment, reduce poverty level and contribute to the economic development of Nigeria if put onto use. The study therefore concluded that monetary policy has positive contributions to banks’ lending towards Nigeria economic performance. It was recommended that the CBN needs to supervise thoroughly the banks’ activities to enable them comply with all the legal regulatory frameworks and monetary policies. Not that alone, the design of monetary policy and its implementation should be made in such a way that the conflict of target is avoided.
