Implementasi Hak Pasien di Irna Penyakit Dalam RSUP Dr. M. Djamil : Studi Kelayakan Dalam Presfektif Undang-Undang Nomor 44/2009 Tentang Rumah Sakit

Abstract

. Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The research design used mixed methods in November 2022 – May 2023. The informants in this study were patients who received treatment at the internal medicine department of Dr. RSUP. M. Djamil Padang. The research results show that most respondents still have low knowledge of their rights. Where most respondents received information regarding patient rights which were explained by hospital staff through general consent and there were still respondents who did not receive an explanation regarding their rights or not all hospital staff explained patient rights in accordance with general consent. The factors of a person's age, education and occupation do not affect their knowledge of their rights to receive services at a hospital in accordance with Article 32 of Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals.
